Slitting and packing

At the end of our production chain, roll slitting takes place with subsequent packaging and shipping preparation.

After completion of the master roll production, customer-specific length- and width-customization into subsidiary rolls takes place. The cutting technology used for this purpose ensures clean, edge-straight roll cuts with a diameter- and material-dependent winding tension.
Afterwards, the subsidiary rolls (optionally also individually packed) are palletized and forwarded to a fully automated packaging system with integrated pallet labeling. The palletized and packed rolls are now ready for shipping.
