Your Responsibilities Include:

- Project management and coordination of development projects for food packaging and    recyclable packaging solutions, considering market trends, quality standards, and legal    regulations
- Development of innovative packaging solutions based on market trends and customer    requirements, including the creation and maintenance of formulations
- Preparation and maintenance of development documentation  
- Execution and documentation of material and product testing, as well as lifecycle    analysis
- Close collaboration with management and other departments, market observation, and    participation in industry events

Our Requirements Profile:

- Completed degree or technical training (Technician, Engineer, Bachelor, Master)**  
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of flexible packaging**  
- Knowledge in circular economy, food packaging regulations, and material testing**  
- Project management experience and willingness to travel**

- Ensuring a smooth production process through preventive maintenance and      troubleshooting of production systems and technical facilities  
- Planning, execution, and documentation of maintenance and inspection tasks  
- Independent planning, execution, and documentation of DGUV V3 inspections  
- Control and monitoring tasks  
- Support in the setup and modification of technical systems

Our Requirements Profile:

- Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or a    comparable qualification  
- High level of independence, commitment, and willingness to work in a team  
- Understanding of complex processes and workflows with a quick grasp of new    concepts  
- Confident use of PCs and basic knowledge of PLC technology  
- Relevant work experience in the repair and maintenance of production facilities, ideally    with industry experience

- You possess technical understanding and manual skills  
- You work with precision and attention to detail
