• Managing daily incoming mail and distributing it to the appropriate individuals and departments
• Booking account statements and receipts, maintaining accounts, reviewing documents, and reconciling accounts
• Managing and reconciling the cash register
• Handling dunning processes and processing payments

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as inventory
